I acknowledge that any off-label use, misuse, modification, or deviation from topical external application constitutes a direct violation of membership terms. 5. I understand that GlowLux by Marci LLC does not sell prescription medications, medical devices, controlled substances, or injectable products. 6. I acknowledge that GlowLux by Marci LLC makes no medical claims and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. 7. I accept full and sole responsibility for the proper use of any product purchased. 8. I agree that any misuse, off-label use, injection, internal use, or unauthorized application immediately voids any responsibility or liability of GlowLux by Marci LLC. 9. I understand that violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination of membership without notice and permanent restriction from the platform.
